Beverly Brownstone is conceived as a house of thresholds — a private world revealed gradually, beginning at the street and unfolding through a garden, court, foyer, and even an art deco inspired speakeasy.
The design is romantic without being nostalgic. It borrows from old-world references — garden walls, arched steel, stone, limewashed surfaces, and tailored millwork — but filters them through a contemporary lens. The result is a home that feels layered, private, and deeply lived-in from the start: less like a remodel, and more like a place that has slowly acquired its character over time.
